Our policy reflects the e-Coast Guard vision of including access to all services and information through the web for all members and customers, including persons with disabilities.

Our goal is to achieve 100% compliance with web accessibility standards, and we have asked our web content providers to develop plans to achieve that compliance.

Section 508 of the Rehabilitation Act requires the Coast Guard and all Federal Agencies to provide customers with disabilities accessible electronic information and technology (EIT) to enable them to enjoy the same benefits of the programs, services and information that are available to others.

The CGAuxA is committed to achieving the same level of compliance with its web services.
